Sent him a message. My cc hasn't been charged so probably an issue with them processing amex.

Tony was very responsive on messenger. Not sure what happened with my order but had it out the next morning and received 2 days later. Savage has been great but the prodigy elite is a better product.

I've had the Prodigy Elite for a couple months now.

For the most part it works well. The biggest negative for me, is that I haven't been able to watch things after-the-fact.
Supposedly, it keeps 3-4 days of shows, where you can catch something a few days later, but I haven't been
able to get it to work.

If someone else has, maybe they can chime in.

Also, I have a 1 GB/sec download speeds, but over WIFI, the picture on live sports (basketball/football) isn't
as crisp as I'd like, the motion can be a bit herky-jerky.

That being said, you can't beat the cost.

Update: Diego logged into my box and helped me... showed me where I can get up to 4-day old shows.

Can't beat the customer support either on these boxes!

Thanks Diego!

If you're looking for recently aired tv shows check out Cinema under apps. Unless you're looking for news or something like that most are up 24 hours after they air.

FZ it keeps 4 days of shows if they are on the catch-up feature

(i'm at work so I can't talk specifics like which server something is on)

for example that steven king Doctor Sleep was on HBO at 7:30 last night. To watch it
1) go to the catch-up mode on whichever server hosts the HBO catch-up channel but you will access it through the catch-up on the IPTV live area but specifically in the catch-up area of that live tv server
2) in catch-up scroll down to HBO and select it
3) once up, you will see 4 days of full schedules so just click on Aug 31 and scroll down to 7:30 and click "enter" and the show will fire up

so the 4 days of programming are specific to the channels where catch-up is available.

I did this for an NHL game. It started an hour before and was on NBC and since i didn't know the score i went to catch-up then NBC then selected the previous hour (it was like 1pm game)

the cool thing for games on catch-up is that each fast-forward is 1 minute so typically 2 clicks = skipping commercials

try it out with the Austin Peay vs C Arkansas game from ESPN from last Saturday night at 9pm. You'll dig it!

Thanks Rolltide... yeah, that was an old post you quoted, I've been using the catch-up for a while now. Supposedly there also is
a limited way to save shows to watch later, but I haven't messed with that functionality yet.
