I second this. I bought two Savages over a year ago. To this day, he's always gone out of his way to help me anytime I've needed it. The streaming box experience has not always been perfect, but overall it's been very good for me and I've saved a lot of money over the last year with much better programming/options than I would have had with DirecTV.

He's far from a stiff to the rest of us, you did get one thing right though, he probably made a pretty penny selling these things, but he's also saved me 4 figures already. The dude answers text/calls every time I need him, and has spent numerous hours taking over my box and fixing it. The things work better now than they did when I bought them, and I've purchased the latest and greatest version with no flaws either, only a better product...

Hell even Defying's personal friend, Harry, has even stated it was his own fault his boxes didn't work properly because he "was lazy and didn't keep up with them."
