Francis previous outings against the Phillies is my only concern. Hamels hasn't faced a tough lineup since August 10th, since his return from his elbow injury he has faced the Nats twice and the Cards once, hardly the best preparations for the playoffs. Nevertheless, the Phillies needed those wins and he delivered. But there's a lot of pressure on him to deliver today as the only dependable pitcher in the rotation(i must admit Lohse has been awesome of late).
