- Tons of hard drugs pouring across the border?

- The billions we spend on the illegal's healthcare, food stamps, education, housing?

He IS building the wall despite Rhinos and Dems doing everything possible to prevent him from doing so.
He is also learning to navigate his way through the deep state morass, rhinos, dems, courts. When he ran for office he never expected the depth of resistance that he is receiving on all fronts to what to most of us is simply common sense.
He thinks that "open borders will ruin the country too". Now aside from ICE, border agents, and us (common sense Americans), who is helping him with the wall or changing immigration laws that are simply crazy in view of what is happening today? No one. This is not a dictatorship. The man needs help.
He wanted to shut the border (legal crossing points) stating that security is more important than commerce. But one of his biggest supporters, Ted Cruz, asked him not to as it would devastate the economy of Texas. Can the Repubs really afford to lose Texas? No. So he used his threat to leverage pressure on Mexico to cut the caravaners off in Mexico. He claims he's getting a response from Mexico. If he did shut down the border for an extended period it might hurt Texas and a few American businesses but it would absolutely strangle Mexico. We'll see if Mexico's response continues.
His plan now seems to retake the House in 2020 while holding the Senate and the Presidency. That rhino snake, Paul Ryan, stiffed him his first two years while they held the House.
If Trump is failing anywhere it is because he didn't realize how deep the swamp really was. I think that he thought that he could win Dems over (remember the White House meetings early in his Presidency) with common sense policies that were designed to aid middle class (including lower and upper) families and workers. Little did he know that he wouldn't even get the support of his own party. Or that little dinky court judges could thwart his major policy initiatives.
Lastly, tell me one politician who would do better in this crazy America we live in.
The man is fighting for us tooth and nail, night and day. I thank God every day that we have him. Please don't abandon him now. He needs OUR support.

Yes I have seen all of this develop, and he is surrounded by cowardly RHINOs and even traitors and had to proceed with caution from the outset of his administration, but his latest "give Mexico a year" is a crushing disappointment.
He needs to take action.

EVERY good Republican should be reciting these figures all day and all night. These are just the convictions. Plus the drugs and everything else.
Trump needs to do something. It is time.

want to hear it and refuses to do anything. So I'll cut Trump some slack. I really don't know what
his declared emergency accomplished. If it were me I would call it an invasion and have armed troops at the
boarder. Make it clear that if you set foot on American soil you will be stopped by any means necessary.
If that means assulting those trying to enter so be it.
I assure you that would put a stop to it. If the immagrants realized that there was a high probability
that they would suffer harm they wouldn't try.

A group of 300 men, women and children gave themselves up to the 'United Constitutional
Patriots', a gang of vigilantes who claim to be made up of veterans and former police
officers, who then handed them over to border officials.
I'm guessing these "vigilantes" don't live in a sancuary city.
