It just never ends and I, for one, am tired of this bias heart-tugging reporting while Americans and the rule of law is shoved under the rug. Let me get this straight………… She entered the Country illegally 12 years ago. She brought in one child illegally AND knowing full well she was in the Country illegally, had two more = anchor babies. What did she do to change her status besides hoping that having babies and corrupt politicians would give her a pass? PART OF THE PROBLEM HERE IS: She obtained a work visa, a driver’s license and a Social Security number. Noncitizens who have permission to work in the U.S. can apply for a number, according to the Social Security Administration. STOP THIS! Of course, the narrative is that her homeland Honduras is impoverished and dangerous… so maybe she should be demanding her government stop the violence and protect her. What do you think would be the number of individuals that would invade the U.S. if violence in their homeland was a pre-cursor? The article makes it seems as if these three girls will be left on their own…. It is not until the end that you find that they will live with Dad, whose immigration status is unclear but seems to be possibly illegal as well – not clarified. APPARENTLY, if you have a sob story then any illegal activity should just be forgiven per the bias media. So, does that work for Americans too? Are we a Nation of Laws or not? There IS A LEGAL WAY to enter this Country, so maybe Bernarda Pineda should go home and apply, go to the back of the line and enter legally.

My 2 Cents of Sense: WARNING! THIS ILLEGAL IS PROTECTED BY COMMUNIST DEMOCRATS! Only in America can you be DUI, have a crash that kills someone, go to jail, post bond, and escape without ever seeing a day in prison for your crimes, while being wanted by ICE the whole time. Illegals have taken on a new status in America: PROTECTED BY COMMUNIST DEMOCRATS! In a real world, if you commit a crime of this nature, you would pay for your crime by spending many years in prison. Personally, the monster in this story needs to be hung in the town square by his neck to be made into an example. Ivan Zamarripa-Castaneda came to America several years ago through the back door. He has been deported once already, but came back the same way he did the first time by simply walking across an unprotected border. This time, he went to Denver and worked under the table with contractors who were looking for cheap labor. Ivan is one of those 18 millions who are riding under the radar, that is until they screw up to get caught. Yesterday, Ivan was driving on I-70 after having had an afternoon of drinking with his fellow amigos who were also illegal (PC term UNDOCUMENTED). Ivan was so drunk that numerous calls to 911 were made to get him off the road. But for an unidentified truck driver, the stop never came, as they met with a thunderous crash that set the semi on fire. Ivan w hurt, mysteriously, and had enough sense to escape his vehicle before it, too, caught fire. But being an illegal who was drunk and involved in an accident, he fled the scene instead of helping the semi driver out of his truck as he screamed for Ivan to rescue him from certain death. Ivan turned to think about it, but said "There is no way... adios!" The semi driver burned alive! Police found Ivan at his Denver home, and arrested him for: pending DUI with fatality, leaving the scene of an accident, and not having a driver's license nor insurance. (There are over 30 such incidents per day in America with the exact same MO) ICE had been looking for Ivan for some time now, wanting to deport him for re-entering the US without permission, which is a Class C Felony, since he had been deported once already. Now, they have him in jail and want to take him back to him homeland as soon as his sentence has been carried out. But wait! Illegals are now protected by the Democrats Left and Liberal judges... and politicians! According to some flaming liberal judge, if Ivan can post the $25K bail (actually needing only $2.5K), he can and will be released, and ICE cannot touch him. Ivan can go to San Fransicko to be harbored, if he so decides, or flee back to Mexico where the Mexican authorities will not extradite him back to the US. Ivan can become a free man! So far, he sits and waits with charges, but LaRaza and other Hispanic organizations (funded by George Soros and the DNC) have a tendency to post bail for illegals to keep ICE from getting their hands on their client. And here is what most likely will happen. Ivan will get his bail, skip trial, flee for protection, and never be heard from again. Meanwhile, another family is torn apart by an act that should have never happened in the first place. A $150K semi with its load is destroyed, as the cost will have to come out of the trucking company's pocket, plus see their insurance premiums skyrocket, and illegals all across America will be saying, "Isn't being in America just great! You CAN kill someone and get away with it!" Democrats have made it where "crime DOES pay! Each day, ICE issues over 440K warrants for the detainment of illegals being held in custody, but liberal judges and sheriffs seem to deny the federal warrant, and to tell Trump and AG Sessions to eat crap! The Left has no problem with releasing criminals, nor in harboring wanted fugitives, even though it is in violation of federal immigration laws. They have declared sanctuary for illegals because of emotional feeling of inhumanity by forcibly deporting someone who just wants to come to America to be free, and to have work to create family life. What is happening in America is a Leftist revolution... a coup d'etat to overthrow Constitutional law, deprive authority of their legal responsibilities to the real American citizens, and to progress towards an "open border" society. Democrats want Hispanics and other foreigners here for a voting block to defeat conservative Republicanism. RINO's want Hispanics here for their cheap labor costs for businesses friendly with the Chamber of Commerce. But the tried & true American wants them all deported, or sitting in jail for the crimes they commit. But the voices of those who have lost loved ones, who have had their lives destroyed, lost personal belongings, and have their jobs yanked out from under them, are never to be heard. Today, the lives of illegals are now more important... more "American" than that of those who were born here and follow the rules. There will some day be a breaking point in all this immigration debacle that both Parties are solely responsible for. Clinton, Bush, and Obama did nothing to thwart the migration of illegals across our borders to set up shop in cities that now harbor MS-13 and other gang members that are destroying parts of the country. They smuggle in drugs, weapons, and kidnap our children and women, only to have government deny it, and cover up loose ends to keep from exposure of the corruption that resides within government. There is far too much money to be made from illegals and what they do, so governments just lets it all go, and white-washes the damages they do by having their minions in the media, academia, unions, and Hollywood praise the immigrant for their efforts and value, while telling the world that our laws no longer count when humanity is being abused by the Right. Until we have a President and Justice Department that takes this all apart, bypass socialist judges and courts, and becomes a thorn in the side of the Left and their ilk, this is never going to end, as the mayhem and chaos of migration and refugees will divide this nation into war, because with them, they are already at war with us conservative patriots, and our values, principles, and ideology of the American way. Yes, Dreamers have "dreams"... but so did that semi driver, his friends and family, and all those who have met a terrible tragedy from someone who should have never been here in the first place. Immigration officials say 50-year-old Maximino Delgado Lagunas, who is in the United States illegally, had a blood alcohol level nearly three times the legal limit when he was arrested. Immigration and Customs Enforcement has revealed to NBC4 that Lagunas, a Mexican national, had been deported twice, once in 2001 and again in 2008

Court records show that in 2015 he was arrested for another DUI. Immigration officials say that back then Buena Park police did not detain Lagunas for the required 48 hours for pickup by immigration officials, instead placing him on informal probation and releasing him to the streets. The

Members say that the state law “may be in direct conflict with federal laws and the Constitution,” not to mention going against the oath they took in taking office, The Orange County register reports.
The council “finds that it is impossible to honor our oath to support and defend the Constitution of the United States,” according to the ordinance.
