the fact that liverpool don't score and don't even score at home is mind boggling...i guess that talent just isn't that talented....they are a definite sell for now on...along w/chelsea...let's be honest...this league is all about the blue v. red side of manchester down the stretch....the rest of the bunch are just fighting amongst themselves over europa/champs spots.....
i can honestly say this will be an exciting ending to the year...the city v united could come down to the last week and tot/arse/chel could battle for 3-5. To me it is one reason soccer beats the other sports...1/2 the baseball teams have zero chance at anything by mid-june. Even if it is 'just a CL spot' at least the last months will be exiciting. Those Spurs fans must be thinking the Gooners are going to pass us (AGAIN). Maybe I am bias (Really???) but hard not to see 3rd place us now. Typical run - Spurs blow AVB is terrible......and Arsene knows how to win...er...finish top 4. Haha...and then Podolski next year puts us over the edge.

so rolltide - arsenal to qualify 25/1 not worth it? haha...liverpool overturned a 3-0 deficit to win vs Milan and that was at half time...we have full time to overturn 4-0. I think those 40-50 year fans have hope but i am sure most arsenal fans have given up. I just don't want to be blown away at home that's all....1-0 home win would suffice.
yet another top 4 club sacks their coach before Utd/Arsenal. Too bad for AVB because he could have been big in Portugal but i don't blame the guy for wanting the bigger glory...just turned out he doesn't know anything about managing. Tactically one of the worst i've seen for a top 4 manager in the EPL....almost as bad as Mancini

not sure I'd go comparing the 2012 Gunners to the 2005 Scousers but, no, I don't see any value in 25/1 against the class team in Italy. If anything I'd expect Milan to score and then you needing 6 to advance. But United did beat Milan 2 years back 4-0 at home although Milan were not all that impressive back then.
announcers during Arsenal match made a good point about RVP...if those joker strikers on Liverpool are worth $50M where do you price RVP? My guess is wherever he goes he gets the injury bug back and becomes a flop but, until then, he's having a tremendous season. There was an interview with Cesc a few months back in 4-4-2 and he was 100% convinced they'd have won the title with a healthy RVP...
