goin out of sorts and playing a parlay for the weekend...risking a dime on gunners-335/city-325/chelski-utd o2'+105/norw-bolton o2'-135....pays $5060....and placing a dime at -135 on the bolton-norwich o2'...bolton away avg. 3.6 goals a game..norwich avg. 3 a game..this one is solely based on the #'s...not going to claim i follow either team at will...but i like what i see in those digits....
i know you like the clean sheet but i wonder if dempsey can create or score a goal....even odds for the over 3 look tempting to me - city looks very strong beat still weak in defense....3-1 4-1 is my prediction. But don't expect 7-1 - not all teams are as good as Arsenal...or is as bad as Blackburn..haha..

I have never said anything good about webb so why start now? I've held true for nearly 1.5 years now of refusing to bet a Webb game although i loved the over on sunday...
if anything the match encapsulates what webb is all about. in the 11th minute a fairly obvious penalty and subsequent red card gets waved off because he doesn't want to decide the match that early but then he blows that awful penalty against evra when they were 3 down simply because he wants the game to wake up. dude is just a disaster and the fact that he's the highest rated EPL official in FIFA's mind is shocking.
I thought the welbeck penalty was an ok call...it wasn't a dive and with webb behind the play it certainly could have looked like a trip. In slow mo it wasn't a trip thus not a penalty but, live, I certainly thought it was a 100% penalty. His linesman should have helped out there as he would have had the unabated view of it.
not sure if i've seen a worse game by a ref but the deplorable defending by both teams didn't help (how is Luiz still a starter for chelsea?). Can't remember a worse United defense but I knew that would happen once Vidic was ruled out for the year
on a side note if De Gea can ever get his skills in dealing with crosses and corners equal to his ball stopping skills he'll be awesome

well keep in mind he just turned 21 ... not talking about a 30 year old here. He is a tremendously athletic and brilliant shot blocker with great size but is scary as shit when dealing with a cross or corner. He'll learn that with time and be among the world's elite keepers, IMHO
