True story my first month at the Rx in July 2002...I wonder if the Maniac even remembers this one.

He comes into the baseball forum tellinmg the forum , he had a lock with inside information....Now keep in mind back then the forum wasn't nearly as busy and the entire baseball forum was curious what info he had...

It turned out he had claimed he heard the White Sox were suffering from team food poisoning , he told everyone he knew someone who was real close to the team , and told everyone to take Minnesota...I recall many posters taking the Twins that night and I don't think they even scored a run....
He didn't tell anyone what info he had til after the game hno: I think I even threw a couple bucks on it.
