All one really needs to do is just put $1000 on a underdog in the last 2 races and get lucky. There will be some HUGE dogs in the last couple of races. If one hits, then you will win the whole contest NO MATTER what else happens

The rule states you must bet on every race. If you miss a race, or post late, you must deduct $450 from your bankroll and continue on. You must have a minimum of $100 on every race you bet on, so betting $1000 on the last 2 races after not playing any of the previous 12 is not possible since you would only have $900 left after all the deductions. In this case, you must bet at least $100 on one of the 2 final races and the remainder on the other.
Any amounts that are overbet will be deducted from plays made on the last race to account for the player's miscalculations.
Simple math guys. A monster to grade and this crap doesn't make it any easier.
