Why? It's obvious he posts them for attention? Yet leaves out pretty much anything that would validate them being an actual bet on the game he is posting it for?

I've never said that tickets would be on the bet I'm posting on the topic, so you should read and pay more attention first.
Besides that, respecting the rule of TheRx I can post what I want and I don't have to justify anything.
If you wanna follow you are welcome, otherwise I honestly don't care.
Kiss!

Where did he bet $160k? Venetian told me max $10k on sides and $3k on totals is all they like to do, though they did let me do $5k on a total, so there are exceptions I guess. I also know Mayweather makes some 6-figure wagers with Cantor books in LV. Most books are very wary of large bets, they don't like them because it makes it almost impossible to even the action and just make the juice.

Obviously I don't know your case, what were you trying to bet etc. it's very hard to say without knowing for sure.
I remember for the Wimbledon 1/4 finals they would accept me 2K as higher limit, the same day for a game with two wanna be pitcher between the worst teams in baseball they would accept hundreds of thousands.

And Cantor/GC has higher limits because is a big company and not only accepting bets in Vegas. In fact also in Nassau/Bahamas they are extremely huge and there's a lot of money there.

Yes, I slightly misspoke, Venetian is Cantor Gaming now/CG Technology. I heard that Mayweather bets at M Casino in south LV near where he lives, was thinking of that location. Venetian/CG Technology did let me bet $55k on the Super Bowl, but I had to sign a few documents stating I was betting the money for myself only, etc. I haven't noticed the VIP that you are talking about at the Venetian, is it a room or just a separate window. I know they told me not to get in line in the future, just to walk to the front of the line since I always bet $5k minimum game. Especially during March Madness when guys are standing in line to bet $10 5-team parlays and I'm trying to bet thousands. As for the account, I thought you had to be a NV resident to open that and bet from mobile, tablet, etc. I live in CA, so didn't even consider that, but will if I can. Do you just wire money to them before you take a LV trip?

Also, I don't wanna be rude, but it's very inappropriate to talk about something where you have no idea and make as seem other people are saying bs.
When I don't know about something or I'm not sure, I generally ask first...

Take it easy and you guys have fun, as I don't think I'm gonna post again because instead of saying thank you for posting or just don't say nothing at all, people are always ready to criticize and of course no matter you won 50 plays, if you lost a couple straight, that's what matter.

Au revoir

I was betting baseball a couple of weeks ago and tried to bet $10k on an under/over on a single baseball game. That was at the Palazzo betting station. He made a phone call and then told me what I said earlier about the $10k max on sides and $3k on totals, even though he made an exception and let me bet $5500 to win $5k. I lost the bet, so they saved me some money! :)

I hope you didn't think my post was negative. I was curious because I want to find a place where they will let me place large wagers. I appreciate you posting your plays, especially from someone who is putting some real skin in the game like myself. Although, in reality, my $10k bet is just as important as someone's $100 bet as long as we both are betting within our bankrolls and using proper money management. So no disrespect at all to small bettors. It's all relative.

Venetian is not Cantor Gaming/CG Technology NOW, it has been for years.
You can place the bet to any of the different places, the sports book is the same, the system is the same, so nothing change concerning the limits.
When you bet a certain amount you have to make a paperwork where you say the money is yours blah blah blah(Money laundry).
The VIP is just in front of the counter and in front of the main screen right in the middle, it's the only part where the entry is blocked and they have to allow you to get there.
Normally the people that have access there they have of course an online account and they bet +20K.
You don't do the line because normally at the counter people bet within the range of $10-$2000.
Also a resident of Madagascar, as long as he has a visa to enter the USA lol can open an online account. You MUST place the bets when you are(physically) inside Nevada, nothing to do with where you are from or where you live.
You can wire the money to them(they use Bank of America) and they money inside the USA show up on your account in less than half an hour.
But you can also deposit and withdrawn cash, no matter how much...

I've never bet lifetime nothing else than ML, so not sure what to tell you about UNDER/OVER and other kind of lines.
Of course where is the money, the limits are higher, all they care is to get Team A $1M -105 and Team B $1M -105, so they get their $50K free.

Thanks, I appreciate the info. I will open an account on my next trip to LV for sure. I stayed at Encore once and was wore out from making so many trips from my room all the way over to the sportsbook in the Wynn side. Though if I open this account, I can stay at any hotel and just do my sportsbook betting with CG. Thanks again.

The WYNN/Encore is a beautiful hotel, I personally like better the Mandarin cause I don't play table games and it is more quiet/peaceful.
Concerning the sports book, the Wynn is very average, the limits are very low and if they see on your player card that you are up, forget the big numbers.
I recommend you to open the account at the Venetian, cause when you login to your CG online account they ask you to select the place where you opened the account.
Also, it's the place where they have more cash available, and from 8am to 12am they would pay you right away almost any digit, on the other places instead is not really the same.
Yes, you can stay at any hotel, not just in Vegas, but all over Nevada... You wanna sometimes make a little trip to Reno and Tahoe.. you know... ;)

I was shocked how scared the Wynn sportsbook was. I wanted to bet $10k on a college basketball game and they were freaked out. Then the manager finally agreed to give me $5k at the posted line and $5k at the posted line plus another half a point against me. I agreed because I really liked the play. Thankfully I won that bet and hit them for a lot that day as I went 6-0. I play high-limit blackjack also, so that is why I stayed at Encore/Wynn that weekend, so I could get comp'd on my table play and sportsbook play. Was a good +$51k weekend overall, but haven't been back because of my negative experience at the sportsbook. I wonder if CG would know you weren't in Nevada if you just used a VPN? Just a thought.

The Wynn makes a lot of money with the hotel, table games, shopping, pool parties(Encore), restaurants, attractions... they just don't care much about sports betting, that's my opinion of course.
No way with a VPN, no chances at all, would be too easy ;)
There are many other ways, but I guess that's not the right place to talk about it........
