No denying that. The problem is, he deferred to Selden and Embiid too much. This game, instead of taking over, he coasted. For fucks sake even Jamari had more attempts than him!!!!
I agree....Wiggins needs to understand that being a team player is being the alpha dog and taking more shots.

What does Durant getting drafted before Davis have to do with anything? Durant was 26 and 11 a game! Davis was 14.2 a game and Durant averaged more boards a game. KD also was just shy of 2 steals and 2 blocks a game.

Durant has been the best freshman in the last 20 years and I don't think it is all that close.

Dude, check out the rosters of both teams. Durant had Augustin as the only successful potential NBA player in his team. Less players to share the ball with.

Anthony Davis had MKG, Doron Lamb, Terrence Jones, Darius Miller, Marquis Teague, Jon Hood and Ryan Harrow. Talent disparity in teammates, my friend.

Dude, if you don't think it is easier to put up numbers with other talented players on the floor, then I am not sure what to tell you. Durant was the man and still got it done. Anthony Davis was a great college player. The guy said that he hadn't seen a freshman more talented than him. Durant was more talented and just as dominant as a freshman.

It's actually harder since you don't get as many shots. Not saying Durant wasn't amazing but how many shots did he take per game compared to Davis?

I actually looked it up, Durant took 18.5 shots per game, Davis took 8.4. Kind of hard to compare the two. Both are amazing.

Thanks for backing me, akp. Just look at what Davis is doing now that he's the man. Okay?

On a side note, Randle has the killer instincts that Wiggins needs.
