The league enables, or engages in so much shitty behavior of which we have actual evidence, so why obsess over a conspiracy of which you have provided no evidence
Extraordinary claims require extraordinary evidence, as Sagan said. The burden of proof is on you to show evidence. Anecdotal notes about shitty calls do not suffice. Hell, not one person on this forum has even made a half way sane case for motive besides TV ratings, which is insane since they already cashed the checks for their TV deals and they won't renegotiate them for many years. When they do they will be worst many billions even if some small market teams make it to the playoffs or whatever.
