This girl is not retarded, she has suffered a stroke. It is likely that she was a beautiful young girl now lives in a knarled prednisone-puffy shell where her muscles fight each other (notice her usless knarled left hand which causes her chronic pain). She takes a ton of meds, some of which serve only to counter the symptoms of others. Her neck won't straighten, her face nerves are screwed as is her vision (another sentence to hell because she can't see the TV or read ). The required trips to the bathroom (her internals are messed up) every hour are complicated because she is wheelchair bound due to partial paralysis of her left leg. She dosn't worry about paying bills or going to work cause her short term memory is so hazy, she sometimes forgets she had a stroke. What is moving about this clip is that even through her condition and limitations and painful future, she brushes her hair aside like a pretty young girl who cares about her appearance and still wants to be attractive and fit in with friends and enjoy life as best she can. Not being all righteous- I enjoy the RR and its occupants - just saying as general information.
