10 Units Depaul -6 (WON 78-66) +10.00 UNITS

In a wing-ding, the DePaul Blue Demons (R: 7-4 SU, ATS) upset Cincinnati 68-65 this week. Drake Diener and Delonte Holland led DePaul (18-8, 11-4) with 17 each, and Quemont Greer had 13 points and 10 rebounds. For the Blue Demons, it couldn't get much better. DePaul opened the conference season 0-2, but with victories in 11 of its last 13 games, the Blue Demons still have an outside chance at a share of the league title. On the other side of the tracks, South Florida is on a 1-14 run folowing a 61-59 loss to Alabama-Birmingham this week. UAB began the game with a 11-4 run and led by as many as 14 points in the first half, before taking a 36-24 lead into the break. After shooting 44.7 percent in the first half, the Blazers shot just 29 percent from the field after halftime. Bradley Mosley was the only other South Florida player in double figures with 10 points. Mismatch city here, the Blue Demons roll.

5 Units Cornell -3 (LOST 66-69) -5.00 UNITS

Look for a lot of points in this run-and-gun game from the Ivy League. Brown is all about offense (73 ppg). The Brown Bears have a strong outside game that shoots 45%, led by senior guard Mike Martin, and junior G Jason Forte (15 ppg) and 6'-5" senior Jamie Kilburn (13 ppg, 6.7 rpg). Brown shoots 37% from three-point land! Cornell also has a very strong offense (73 ppg at home) in senior guard Ka'Ron Barnes (21 ppg) and 6'-4" junior Cody Toppert (16 ppg), while juniors 6'-8" Eric Taylor and 6'-8" Gabe Stephenson are terrific on the boards. When they met on Feb. 6, there were a LOT of points, as Cornell won 96-81 at Brown. The Bears can score, but Cornell's frontcourt and home court will make the difference in this shootout.

7 Units Hawaii +2 -110

WAC battle featuring Hawaii's frontcourt and strong offense (46% shooting) against Fresno's slow-down defense (57 ppg allowed at home). Hawaii is also a strong defensive team (42% shooting allowed) and has a frontcourt of 6’-10” senior Haim Shimonovich (6.7 rpg) and 6’-9” sophomore Julian Sensley (11 ppg, 7.5 rpg). Hawaii also has 6’-5” senior Mike Kuebler (18 ppg) and senior Phil Martin (10.5 ppg). Hawaii began the season 6-5 SU/8-3 ATS on the road where they score and allow 67 ppg, which is very good. Fresno outscores opponents by a 58-57 average at home, led by sophomore guard Terry Pettis (15 ppg) and 6'-9" senior Mustafa Al-Sayyad (8 rebounds per game). Fresno has not had a strong season and began the year just 6-8 SU/4-9 ATS at home. They recently went on a 1-5 SU/ATS run, so they're not peaking at the right time. When these teams met on January 3, Fresno beat Hawaii 69-58, but Hawaii has the talent to turn the tables on the home team here.

Good Luck Tonight,
