It became Organizing For Action (OFA) and claims to be "non-partisan." OFA promotes Obama's agenda.
I assume OFA continues to pay Perkins-Coie to defend Obama's eligibility and hide his records and past, but as an "independent, non-political" group, it has no requirement to report to the FEC.
According to the FEC Disbursements BY Payee reports (at link), the final total disbursed from Obama For America to Perkins-Coie is: $5,097,583.81

The drones will screech "conspiracy", but the fact of the matter is, this stuff (and so much more) was NEVER investigated or followed up on. Not by the corrupt corporate lamestream media and certainly not by Congress (the way they investigated McCain's eligibility, which looking back, was a smokescreen for Hussein to slip right through).
