The College of Health Sciences at the University of KwaZulu-Natal has held a webinar unpacking the use of the drug. Some healthcare specialists in KwaZulu-Natal say their research into the use of Ivermectin for the treatment of COVID-19 has shown positive results.
The College of Health Sciences at the University of KwaZulu-Natal has held a webinar unpacking the use of the drug in dermatology and potentially COVID-19.
Medical researchers, who took part in the webinar, say while some studies are showing positive results for the use of the drug in the treatment of COVID-19, it must be done under strict guidelines and not through self-administration.
“It’s part of the toolbox that is available for doctors to treat COVID-19. It’s on the WHO essential drug list as part of the mass drug administration. There have been at least 3.7 billion doses that have been administered globally safety has been established at doses of 200 to 2000 microgram per kilogram data shows that there’s some efficacy in children. In South Africa it is now available through a section 21 application,” says UKZN Professor, Anisa Mosam.

One would think that potential life saving medicine that could pretty much help end this pandemic, they'd be at least curious and take a look at the numerous studies showing how effective it is. The WHO will be releasing guidance on Ivermectin in the next 4-6 weeks. Even they can't deny that it works. Fauci going to look even more of an asshat and fraud once the WHO acknowledges it and powerful EU companies adopt Ivermectin before the U.S. The U.S. will have no supply.

I had Covid for about 8 days - fever, headache and fatigue - on Day 6 I took 15 mg of Ivermectin - it didn't heal me in an hour or anything - a couple of days later slept through the night and didn't get up to change my clothes because of sweating - I also took Zinc, D and C in high doses - recent studies are showing that zinc and C do not lessen Covid duration or symptoms - I think for most people with milder symptoms it takes about 10 days to get better - regarding the Ivermectin - I don't think there is any downside to trying it

in the Latin pharmacies in Miami you can get anything (not controlled meds) without a RX - they just charge you triple - my father's a doctor and would have prescribed it for me - he read the studies and said there was some promising info - he's the one that told me it's not going to do any harm - the FDA is completely neutral regarding Ivermectin

Zinc and Vit C are there to reinforce your depleted immune system. They are not antimicrobial agents. The Zinc also "pierces" the envelope of the protein or virus, allowing the drugs that do work to enter into them to do their work.
