It restarts when the ball is set after the player goes out of bounds. Exactly the same rules as in the NFL.

I wouldn't say that just yet.....I'm on Northwestern fairly big myself but Mizz is a team that can drive the ball down the field. Lets let this one play out a little to see if Mizz is really playing without emotion.
