That doesn't mean they won't get blown out by UGA if they meet them in the #1 vs #4 matchup. But that's not the point. Any other team you put in that #4 slot will get blown out by UGA.

Of course not. I didn’t say it did. Being undefeated is just part of the reason they are clearly in right now. They lose a game before then? They are a 100% out. That’s why undefeated is important and a must for them.

The committee, though, went a completely different route and ranked UC at No. 6 before moving the Bearcats up to No. 5 following Michigan State’s loss to Purdue.
