I was reading an article in National Review about the annual gathering of Enviros in Davos, Switzerland and listed as in attendance, among others, was Sergey Brin one of the founders of Google. Well I just happened to be in Nassau in the Bahamas the weekend of February 17 when he and 7 or 8 of his friends arrived from San Francisco via a Boeing 767 Jet. This is a 200 passenger airliner custom configured to accommodate 8-10 people. I don't know if it was chartered or they owned it but talk about a carbon footprint. Don't get me wrong. I'm all about people spending their money as they see fit but how could he keep a straight face while at a conference on the environment.
