Darryl - I see it now. Had forgotten on this one there is so many going on. Yes I will not have a problem with any steps you take to pay these people back.

Pathetic that books like this are still open but it is EXACTLY the type of book I want to warn as many as we can about. Sorry about your loss sir.

They stole my bonus, closed my account and refused to answer any mails. I am sure, I am not the only one.

Goldbetting/ Luckydogsports stiffed me 19,178 dollars in April. I was trying to filter money out of there to the site that they pay from called DIRECTNETPAY. They kept making excuses to pay me after they paid me what i initially put in. I went on an unreal winning streak and i couldn't get the money out. One day they just shut my account down and i couldn't log in anymore and they than shut down my directnetpay account which acts kind of like paypal. Others have been stiffed at the same time as me yet no one ever talks about these places. They are still in business. I know for a fact they are operating out of Minnesota. I have pertinent info. where they are located there. I am waiting to see if any book besides GAMBLERS AVENUE will step up to the plate with a bailout offer. GA gave me a nice matchplay and i thank them for that but the losses still haunt me. The guy who runs these places also runs the wager21.com site. His name is Mark Edlund and he has houses all over the place. This man will be prosecuted when i am done with this. He also runs the site directnetpay. They got rid of their 1-800-959-6598 number because of all the harassing phone calls. Can anyone offer me a next step before forgetting about this disaster???

I agree bad exposure is necessary, but it is nowhere near sufficient. There are thousands of players here in the same boat regarding rogue sportsbooks and we need to act collectively in a way that makes all these crooks understand that their thievery will not be tolerated.

I am talking about things like jamming their 800 numbers at critical times and hacking their websites. Yes these actions are illegal and unethical but so is stealing and the latter is a more serious crime. When there is no legal system in place to govern the situation, the rules of warfare must come to the forefront.

Just like in war, precautions must be taken before a strike is made. These include making 100% sure that intentional stealing has taken place against a player who has not done anything wrong, and taking steps to resolve the issue peacefully.

The reason it is important to bring a book down after it has cheated is not because we will get our money back this way. It is simply to provide a deterrence to books who want to try such BS in the future. At the moment the message is: scam your players and you will have people talking about it on the forums, but that's it, and since there's a sucker born every minute you'll still get money coming in and you'll be able to laugh it off. The message needs to be: scam your players and you will GO DOWN, period.

What I recommend is to have an official list called the "Axis of Evil" of books who have knowingly scammed honest players for thousands of dollars and are still taking post-ups. Their wagering numbers should be made public and during the last hour or so before 1:00 pm kickoff each Sunday of NFL season we should be ringing these numbers off the hook and trying to engage the clerks for as long as possible by asking questions, giving fake account numbers, saying "I had my password somewhere, just a second" etc.

This will really do some nice damage since the books do a disproportionately huge percentage of their transactions during that short time interval.

Talking about it is good but it is really not enough. I appeal to everyone's sense of justice to follow through with what I suggested. I will certainly do it not just for the books that scammed me, but for all the books who have blatantly stolen and where guilt is obvious.

I realize that what I am suggesting is a bit strong, but it is hard to imagine anything more effective that requires such little effort. If anyone has other suggestions or thinks that what I am saying is inappropriate in any way, please state your reservations and let's discuss it.

3500 from cybersportsbook.

Pyramid casino also stole 1,000.00 from me when pyramid poker went under. I keep calling Craig Levetz at 18662386687 and he was looking into it now he is always out of the office or on vacation. This has been going on for almost a year now but i keep following up.

English Sports Betting, www.telebet.com, absolutely the worst sportsbook, Just click my handle name and you'll see my story about them. It was my very first post I ever made here. Yes they still are in business and they no longer pay out, Or if they do it still takes several bounce checks and takes many months to pay, I have called them so many times It's just not worth it to try to get back my $9,800. All they are doing is just wasting my Fvcking time.

Maximumv,

Can you elaborate on VIP sportsbook and how/when/why they stiffed you? I'm playing there right now and need to know whether to steer clear.

Althought 1X2 slow pays all customers(including me at once),it seems that at least ,they don't stiff them finally.

No doubt about it, I agree. They stiff you unless they find you post on the forums and then they slow pay you. Anything I do to warn players about shit books will certainly include these people.

Keep the list going guys, I will keep adding to mine as I verify what I can. Players are getting tired of this crap.....

betonusa.com stiffed me, but it was before I knew about this forum and was only not much over $500, so no real big deal there. It has 2 years and I have already spent WAY too much time on that issue

Patrick,

Sorry it took so long to reply, was hoping someone else brought this up, as I'm ( ususally ) not known to be a "knocker...
But, Tradewinds affilliation with Gary Austin needs to be addressed...
My understanding of the situation is this...
Gary may own a small % of business, I don't know the exact facts, maybe he only has a sheet, but I don't think so,.What I do know is some 20 years ago this guy faked a robbery to get out of paying his customers.OK, the guy was upside down, but NOW that he has millions, shouldn't he pay "US" suckers..
I actually received approximately 60% of lost bets through a class action, but bottom line,( he destroyed me at the time,I was taking leads ) a lot of people didn't.Can you just open your doors again after not paying.
All I've ever heard was great reports about "Roger", and I've heard he kinda supports Heritage, and his money is always good..so those Heritage knockers need to go away...
But why would Dana put them up on the screen, I've got them on my "pay no mind to them" list.....

As of a month ago, betmega's site was still up with current odds even though they have not paid anybody in at least a year. I just tried logging in, however, and the site appears to be down. I guess somebody finally pulled a plug
