Pinnacle is not what they used to be. IF you are winning BIG they will use different tactics to prevent you from withdrawing your winnings. One tactic they use is they will reverse withdrawals for no reason. This has happened to me many of times on my winning streak. Also they will say they have processed the withdrawal and even send a confirmation email and only after you complain to them that after 10 days you have not received the withdrawal they will lie and tell you that your bank rejected the the transfer. Of course instead of trying the transfer again (which they never tried in the first place confirmed by my bank) they will put the money back into your Pinnacle account hoping you will lose the winnings. Problem 3, is that money can go missing I caught them trying to steal close to 10K in a missing withdrawal. They sent a email saying it was processed but they never sent the transfer. AFter having 6 reversed withdrawals over a 2 week period, that particular withdrawal almost got lost in the confusion of things. When I caught it 10 days later it was still not in my account, and they did not even give me a reason for why the money was not deposited into my bank account or why it was not re-deposited back into my Pinnacle account. They were hoping I missed it because of all of the confusion they created by reversing over 6 withdrawals over a 2 week period. Of course when I asked them about the missing withdrawal they replied "[FONT="]As per our relevant department, due to technical issue your withdrawal was reversed". Of course instead of just re-sending the withdrawal they put it back into my Pinnacle account. I never broke any rules as to there 24 hour 7,500GBP withdrawal limit. All of my withdrawals were 6K or under and none were within the 24 hour period of each-other. Pinnacle is not an A+ book anymore. The games they like to play with big winners trying to withdrawal money is disgusting. A real shame a book like Pinnacle has decided to use the tactics of a C rated book. [/FONT]

I agree with you 100% why I stopped playing off shore all together. Between credit card fraud I had never encountered prior to using card off shore and the problems with western union I finally gave up not to mention the wait time on checks clearing from international banks. I wasted more time driving in circles now I only play with my local and if I’m in Vegas . Off shore has lost its luster unfortunately for me at least.
All of a sudden last year I was getting all kinds of fraud overseas activity that started happening after a deposit I made. Can I put my fist down and say 100% it was them no but since I changed cards and stopped off shore my problems of stress free gaming have gone. Having to call western union repeatedly changing receivers countries etc... is way too much time and effort then to think now I want to cash out and start the whole charade again not worth my time or effort . I do like the parlays and teasers that 5 dimes offers that I can’t get locally but easier grasp on my money has to be my number one priority. You would think off shores would pay high interest on your monies after all there a bank to me that would be a benefit of doing business.
Hi Drew thanks for asking. SO after over 2 weeks and 12 reversed withdrawal requests they have said to me it was because of my withdrawal amount was too large. Even though it was under their posted $7500British Pounds and over their 24hr rule. So Now at-least on my side things they have changed the withdrawal amount to $6133British Pounds total you can take out within 24hrs period. I told them all of my withdrawals were under that amount, the largest being $6075. Anyways they closed my account and then re-opened it 40 mins later. I have no idea why they closed it to begin with. I have not made a withdrawal request with their new rules. I am sure that it was a technical mistake on their part of having the wrong withdrawal amounts posted I guess. I just didnt appreciate them waiting for prob 3 weeks and 12 cancelled withdrawal requests without telling me what the problem was. That part really sucks but it is what it is.
