The racism punishment goes back to their last home match in Champs League play against Bayern. Fans tossing out monkey chants and gestures. You can't punish the players or the teams, so I think preventing the fans from attending the match is the best way to go. Hopefully peer pressure (or expulsion of the fans by the club) will eventually get rid of such ridiculous acts.
