they announced there reorganziation plan yesterday which cancels common shares. I am not sure the process now but obv cant be a good thing.

Re-org plan wasnt the problem it was the BS POR that they put out with lawyers/creditors claiming their assets werent worth but 20% of their real value even though they had bidders that were willing to pay more than what they valued them at.

I bought a lot today at .10 and will buy more under .11 if the opportunity arises. Always important to take profits when they're there.

I'm quite confident this will be back in the .20s over the next few weeks.
