Something is fishy allright, the sight is no longer free! I went to it the day that chaneykn posted and it looked pretty good, worked up until yesterday. I kept getting a server down message so I e-mailed 'em. Got a message back from Mr.Russell that they are now a subscription sight. WTF, 2 days after its posted he goes pay.
I have to say I was suprised to see that the site went "pay-required" yesterday, I hadn't heard anything about that, and, in fact, didn't even know it until Mule posted on it yesterday afternoon.
Anyways, I called Chaney when I saw that and he said he'd just talked to the guy like 5 minutes earlier at the sports bar they both frequent and Russell told him that he'd gone live with the membership stuff yesterday. So we found out when all of you did.
Meh, it's a decent site and all, but I'm not going to be signing up for a membership at those (or probably any) prices. Chaney has not gotten any free membership or anything like that; I asked him straight up, and he'd have at least shared the login info with me if he had.
As far as the site being down, I noticed yesterday that some of their html links were kind of screwy, and I had to do some URL manipulation just to get to various links - I think they need to do some work on that.
That's all I know on this... Good lucky to everyone either way.

The site owner asked me to post the information just to get some hits on the site, but like I said in my original post, the site was free at the time, and I had no idea when or even if it would ever go to subscription.
I can promise you that I wasn't given anything to promote this site, other than a cursory glance at the GameDay Ratings if I happened to run into the owner at the bar on a Saturday afternoon, and he happened to have the printout with him. Other than that, nothing. So there were no ulterior motives, although I concede that it probably looks that way, considering the timing of everything.
