Show me an example of where a player has asked for help with a dispute involving an advertiser and that player was turned away or not treated properly because I or any other moderator had a bias for the book.
Some of us like to help people(not buy) and for you to even suggest that my efforts to help players are not something I should be proud of is a statement of ignorance.
I try hard. I spend countless hours discussing issues with books and players, running phone bills up that certainly deduct from my salary here. I have less time to spend with family in doing so & ignore many things that would benefit me in better ways than trying to help someone I do not even know. But i feel good about doing it and then get this dumbass comment from you.
Pretty much pisses me off.
As for the parrot comment, no biggie. I figure my actions in regards to The Rx are similar to your actions in regards to CRIS. I have a reason to stand behind SHRINK & you had a reason to stand behind CRIS strongly. Wouldn't be because you owe them one and feel a little guilty about something would it?

Perception of a conflict of interest is almost as bad as a conflict of interest, and sometimes worse.
Because the Rx receives $ from the industry and because you're paid help, the perception could be you have an adgenda - that's all.
I'm not doubting for a second you have bad or improper intentions.
