"SportsBook has the most complaints, because they have by far the most customers."

Hal we talked that through and I thought we both agreed that was not the case. I don't at all believe Sportsbook has the same ratio of complaints as other large books or even SBUSA.

You are invited to come by anytime. I have files on Sportsbook complaints dating back well before the merger. Their "random" audits are anything but random. They are lucky to be rated a C and a lot of players complain we cut them too much slack just because they are big.

I don't say this very often about the competition, but SBR does as good a job at rating sports books as any other site online. In fact, I consider their updates to be the best out there, bar no one...

Are they perfect?

Far from it, but it's the best overall system that's out there...

I agree Shrink,Sbr's ratings are fine other than Caribs rating IMO. Mr Rodgers might be in some heat, but nothing to sweat on.

I'm not saying that other large books (Pinnacle, Olympic, WWTS, Intertops, VIP, etc.) have just as many complaints as SportsBook.com. They don't - not even close.
Compared to these books, there's no doubt that SportsBook will have a hell of a lot more complaints.

---------------------------------------

What I am saying is this ... that within the group of EFS books that I have been referring to, SportsBook.com has a lot more complaints than the other EFS books, simply because they're a lot bigger than the other EFS books.

SportsBook.com will have 20 times the complaints (for example) than AllPro.com, because they've got 20 times as many customers. They'll have 4 times the complaints of PlayersOnly.com, because they've got 4 times as many customers. Etc., etc.

It's all relative to the amount of customers that each of the EFS books have. SportsBook.com has a lot more customers - they have a lot more customers complaining.

---------------------------

One thing remains, the EFS books all have generally lousy customer service, and a high likelihood of any given customer having a delayed payout.

They remind me a lot of Royal, in that they (EFS) know that they don't have great CS, and they know that they're constantly pissing off customers by paying slow ... but they're happy with the status quo - they're doing it for a reason (same as Royal was) ... they want to discourage people who win a lot and/or withdraw a lot, from continuing to play with the EFS books.

And just like Royal, rather than just kick these customers out the old-fashioned way, they (for some reason) would rather take this route.
