Yes, it is coincidental a review from 5 years gets brought up by them today, eh? The same day a mysterious review gets posted. At least Franco sat with me for 45 minutes. Never did any work for him, never billed him, but I did meet him and he was furious I didn't complete his tax returns before my unexpected cardio bypass surgery. He complained to the BBB too. After my response complete with documentation including e-mails, they didn't even register it as a complaint being filed. It never happened to the BBB.

James Delmer is a complete fabrication, just a lie.

A couple of years ago before they were banned from this forum, licensing organizations received complaints about me which their attorney described to me as "bizarre". He said he couldn't release the name(s) or e-mail(s) to me without approval from the board. Nothing happened to me, I never pursued it. I did think it was either Vittard or Guesser at the time, but it's only a hunch.

Short version

Man who owned a couple of businesses that was friends with a tax attorney I network with. The attorney introduced him to me around February 10, 2015. It was a brief meeting as I was meeting with a client. Around March 14, 2015 we met for 30 minutes and I gave him a homework assignment, a list of everything I wanted him to provide to me. On March 16, he sent me a e-mail saying he put everything in the mail. The last two weeks of March I'm crazy busy, no time to take on a new business, and I told him that when we met. I would work on his returns in April, when I stop taking appointments and can give him some extended undivided attention.

March 31 was the last day I worked. Had a mild heart attack that night, a burning sensation in my RIGHT arm wouldn't go away. Two days of testing, they find nothing. April 2nd they're going to put a stent in me and I'll be back at work April 3rd. When they go in for the stent, they find 5 arteries 95% blocked. The next day, Friday April 3rd, they perform open heart surgery.

My wife and her aunt start reaching out to all my clients telling them what happened and telling them they're going on extension until May. She also said she would meet them and give them their tax stuff back if they didn't want to go on extension. Only one person wanted to meet her, Franco C. While I was still in the ICU, Franco met her on Monday April 6 and started screaming at her because he said his return should have already been done. Lisa started crying. Everyone else went out of their way to offer kindness, one man went out of his way to be an asshole.

But it gets better. Franco sends me a letter threatening to complain about me all over the internet if I don't offer him a settlement. I ignore him, he leaves his bad reviews. He even lied in his review, said I had everything from the first day we met at the beginning of February which was merely a handshaking introduction. Luckily I have a calendar and e-mails that prove otherwise, he mailed me everything March 16.

This man, Franco C, a real loser in life by all accounts, is a hero to the Vittards and the Guessers of this world.
