If he did to any other country what he did to the US, this "hero" would have been dead a long time ago. As a matter of fact, in most other countries, his entire family would have been slain out in the streets for others to see and be afraid of.

A coward is someone that won't come home and face a rigged federal justice system with a 99% conviction rate? So he can end up like Brad Manning, given 35 years for telling the truth? You're serious? Sounds like Stalinist Russia, what would you do in a similar situation?

I don't see what the big deal is with Snowden, on both sides. He didn't really expose anything. The Patriot Act is public knowledge, and there's nothing he exposed that wasn't in that law for the public to see. Everything he exposed the gov of doing was legal. If you didn't know the government was doing these thing, you were simply not paying attention.

Yeah its tough to call him a coward. He gave up a kush 200k government Job, because of his conscience, and now his life is shit, wondering when he'll be captured or murdered.

Not really, he gave it to the media, which reported it to everyone, a state can't really use what everyone has to an advantage. And it wasn't really a big secret that the US was spying on their own citizens.
