Sorry man, but as a Packer fan, he's terrible and has been terrible. Having the best QB in the league hides just how awful he is. He was basically a decent offensive coordinator in New Orleans and helped San Francisco finish dead last in points scored during his one season as offensive coordinator there.

Can't say I watch GB close enough to know that aspect of McCarthy. He's never struck me as one of these conservative neanderthal coaches, but I guess it would take someone who watches every game, every play to know that, and he certainly coached like it in this game.

You're up 12 with 5 min AND the ball. It was the right play, you dont need more points.

Several years ago SD was leading when they intercepted Brady late in the 4th, then SD tried returning it and fumbled it right back to NE. NE went on to score and win the game.

The sd game the guy was still running in traffic.. Nobody was near the gb guy.

That was an odd play. However, as others have said, the Marlon McCree play of several years ago comes to mind as well as the play two weeks ago by the Dallas Cowboy defender who recovered and then committed a fumble. I wonder if the position coaches reminded them during the game to get down if they got any turnovers late in the game (especially the way this game wasplaying out 16-0 at halftime.

I had that as one of the biggest choke moments in my poll that was moved to the RR

premature celebration, then some couldn't breath when it got close again

a Fumble I think I can see, you're picking the ball up and it's possible you just don't have a good hold of the ball.
or if it was a linesman or something.

This was a Safely picking off a pass. Even had both hands on the ball when he was running... Peppers is more at fault, because he motioned to go down.
On the Low end, he Picks up 10 yards ... probably more
