do not care for ASU coach at all....could have def. put more points on the board at NWestern this past weekend but made some ? decisions imho...also think he did a really poor job with last years squad....will pull trigger anyways as i know PP knows this team/confrence better than anyone...ASU for 1 unit!!!!
REVENGE of the Sun Devils....After getting bitch slapped last year by Iowa you may be on to something. Plus the scheduling here heavily favors ASU. Iowa just played emotional game vs interstate rival Iowa State and next week travel to Michigan. Iowa very well could be peeking towards next week. Add the fact that Iowa's young QB will be starting his first game on the road and all of the above point to an ASU win...

Don't you know about all the Iowans that have settled in Arizona? They still root for the Hawkeyes. Tom Arnold will be at McDuffy's in Tempe Friday afternoon.
I just drove down University Ave. this noon and there is plenty of talent to be seen there and I'm not talking football. Gorgeous blonde with a tube top and no bra.

I am completely off this game as of tonight. Don't like lack of defense on side of Devils and think no matter who runs the ball, Hawks just keep the ASU offense off the field by playing keep away. Add to this that as I said earlier in the thread, there will be TONS of Iowa fans present (which you disputed). They are now expecting close to 15K Iowa fans.
Hawks secondary returns almost everybody and with QB Walter having problems getting in sync with young receivers (only Hagans has true experience). Without a running game, just can't back ASU in this one. Also don't like what's happening inside the huddle and there is talk of some discord on the offense. You may want to check on that.
As much as I love the Maroon and Gold, i'll play them another day.
