How about Rory Storm and the Hurricanes? Early Rockabilly. I used to play in a band called "Rock & Roll Heaven" where we had a group of deceased R&R Legends. We had an Elvis, Janis, Otis and a John Lennon. He wasn't bad. My brother did Buddy Holly. We used to tour exclusively in Canada.

Sir Paul is a really tremendous bass player. People start bands and never realize that if you don't have a solid rhythm section, your band will not ever be good.
