Hey Willie, it’s probably unavoidable but I use CDN funds and the numbers don’t completely add up when I type in the conversion. I’m guessing that’s all ****** fees.

When I punch in the amount of $1875 usd it converts to $2565 cdn.

The amount I received in cdn funds was $2374 cdn. A difference of $191. I’m guessing this is ****** fees or something wrong with the ****** exchange rate calculator ?

Pay.pal calculated the exchange rate, I just enter USD and it tells me the Canadian Dollars you're going to receive. I didn't check the rate or anything. And no, it didn't mention charging you fees either

looks like the actual rate is around 1.33, looks like they're charging you an exchange fee

I would contact pay.pal if I were you

Always a lot easier to say it after the fact but not gonna lie I would probably be thinking the same thing.. although perhaps people would have played their final selections differently.

Going to try to join again. Uncertainty in what I do will have a lot to do with this. What contingency plans could/would if season is disrupted in any sort of way from the virus?

I believe all the rules that have been in place for tie breaking scenarios will remain in place, with one possible exception

If the contest extends into the playoffs, then it ends after the first round, the week before conference finals. Unless all remaining contestants vote to extend it. Once you get beyond the 2nd weekend in the playoffs, survivor contests get fucked up
