This is the issue with chase systems. You'll need to risk 28 units on the Braves to win the original 1 unit you were after. Although, -200+ lines for each game of a series is rare. However, it certainly could happen if the Royals played at Yankee Stadium. If this did happen, let's assume the fourth game was at -200 for the home favorite. If the chase went to that game, you would need to risk 82 units to win the original 1 unit you were after. This is lunacy, as a game four loss would result in a series loss of 122 units. It could also create psychotic flashbacks every time you saw Yankee pinstripes.

Ultimately, considering that some series may go to a fourth game, I'd recommend a bankroll of 3,600 units if you're playing this system with your child's college fund.

Atlanta is not a four game series. How did you do your math to come up with 82 units?

I was using a fourth game as a hypothetical example of a worst case scenario. If Braves lose today, the series loss would be approximately 40-41 units. I wouldn't chase the game today unless my bankroll was around 1800-2000 units.

I still don't get your math. How do you get 40 units to win 1?

Braves Game #1 - 2.5 units to win 1 unit

Braves Game #2 - 7.68 units to win 3.5 units

Braves Game #3 - 25.68 units to win 11.17 units

If all three games lose, you would lose approx. 36 units. Looks like line dropped since I posted last night, as I had originally listed a 40 unit loss.

This is a good system. The record speaks for itself. If you're worried about the big lines, why not just play risk to win money. risk 2.0 to win 1.0

issue? It's not an issue, it's how chase systems works. Like I said, with proper money management and discipline it's like clock work. You put the bet in, and go on about your day. You dont bet with your mortgage payment, and dont do stupid stuff and you will be fine. Yea, you may have losses, but thats part of the game. If you cant stomach a game 3 or game 4 play on a fav at home, this isnt the system for you.

whats the reason for shutting it down if you dont mind me asking? is it due to the performance of the system or for other reasons...id like to continue to follow it on my own but if theres a reason why youre shutting it down, then maybe i shouldnt follow it....
