you are 100 percent correct. Its the same damn patterns you see all over the net. People creating usernames and then hoping to go on a nice win streak so they can go tout and get as much money as they can before the go back to losing. When this happens they just create new usernames on all the forums and try again.
This is the problem with the internet and touts, to easy to start up a scam business now. No real investment needed, just a persons time and posting plays on forums. In the past if somebody wanted to go tout, they would need to pay for ads in papers and magazines. If todays phony touts had to do this, there would be 95 percent less of them out there.
Only real reason a person goes tout, is to support their own degenerate losing gambling habit.
