Holy shit this thread is unreal. Just decided to read it because ive heard about it since i joined this place.

Some observations from this ridiculous thread.

1. I can't comprehend why any posters would actually believe someone when they start a thread as absurd as "6k to first responder". But from reading the first few pages everyone was buying it. Can't imagine that happening today.


2. Back then people supported others plays a lot more, as evidenced by all the "good lucks' and "great jobs". Guys seemed genuinely happy the bet was a winner. Many of whom seem so much more negative in general when they post today.



3. I have always heard nothing but horrid things about Jaguara. But it seems from reading this that everyone on the forum loved him up until this one thread. I had the opinion from that he was just a complete troll all along.



4. Playing devils advocate, I can understand why jaguara was originally pissed off about this thread. He said he was paying Monday but regardless of that every poster was calling him a stiff on friday night? I'm confused on how that came about. It's amazing how quickly the mob mentality takes over at this forum.



5. The guy is a straight asshole for not coming through on this because the poster that should have won seemed extremely excited about the money and was talking about paying his childrens tuition with it.

Everyone did not love Jaguara as you say. Plenty of peoole, myself included knew he was a lying troll and had had plenty of runins with him in other threads.

So don't be foolish enough to try and judge the situation from reading one thread Justin.

Bottom line, there's a lot more to this story and a lot more history, not to mention the history of his ghosts. And you're trying to make some lengthy statement about the situation by reading one thread, which is just plain stupid.

Yes this forum needs villains.
Once upon a time when this place was busy it had lots of villains.
But most of the villains have been banned.
Huge mistake.

Here we are once again with a drama thread and wouldnt you know it its the busiest thread at therx in weeks if not months.
