Still don't understand what the correlation is with the proxies being close in location to it being the same person when it is just as easy to set up a proxy from a place 3000 miles from you as it is to set one up that is 30 miles from you.

you can buy proxies, but they are relative to what country you are in i believe. id assume a canadian ip and us ip are different.
