I think jag is a total mental midget with huge esteem issues but not sure he really deserves to be banned specifically for this.

you held a contest and didn't pay the winner. If an rx sponsor did that we'd call them scammers and demand they be removed. no way around the word scam here. Scammers shouldn't be tolerated. you can let him stay and that will only invite more and more dangerous scammers.
