So after probably five requests to grade my parlays they wait until 9/24 to grade my pending parlays which was holding up my payoff request I get an email today that my request for funds were untimely (even though they were made on 9/24) and that my funds are being transferred to a third party processor. These fucking cocksuckers are playing games now and I don't appreciate it. I am sure this will be a fucking jerkoff and the administrator will steal my money. I hope someone fucks these people up (Tony already met his fate). What a bunch of thieves.

I never reupped for football so we are talking about a few hundred dollars but it is weak. I got stiffed 20 years ago when the government raided one of my books. I dont even remember the name of the book, it was right after I hit them for a few grand when the Marlins won the NL by beating Atlanta.
Here is the dirty little secret .
All these books use 3rd party processors .
I don’t understand what they mean by this .
It was nothing but a lie from the beginning .
5D still has to allocate the funds to the 3rd party processor from the very beginning .
This was nothing more then some made up thing that don’t exist to throw the blame on when you don’t get paid .
If there is even any further communication from the sports book once called 5 dimes in the future (which I doubt) they are just going to say the 3rd party processor that don’t exist ran off with the money .
This whole thing has been bullshit from the beginning .
They could not have picked a better date to free roll everyone then the deadline they set .
Days before the NBA finals so they can collect all the losers money and refund all the potential winners money .
Days before the postseason in baseball so they can collect all the money from the teams that missed the postseason while refunding any money they have exposure to . And they probably gonna even keep most of that money to with their “3rd party processor “ scam .
So at the end of the day they will keep all the money from the losers and most of the money from the would be winners

I got an email last night saying they tried to call me. I did not have a missed call. Email stated that I needed to call them to verify. I called them this morning, verified my info and payout amount and they informed me to be on the lookout for an email to once again verify. I received it, verified my info again and it said the payment will be processed same day if I respond.
Fingers crossed as I feel I am at the finish line of getting $7,500, but we shall see. I kept checking all day and see they were updating the notes on my account, but now the sites down??? Gonna be a toss up if I get this.

Hi Everyone! I received my payout late last night and woke up this morning to it deposited into my Coinbase account. Total payout requested was $7,490.90 and I received $7,352.72. I was charged like 1.8% in fees so not sure where they came up with that number, but nonetheless, the money was received. Payout was requested on 9/18 and received on 9/29. Best of luck with receiving your money if you are still waiting.

5Dimes has entered into a settlement agreement with the U.S. Attorney for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania (EDPA) that will allow the Company to apply to enter the legal, regulated U.S. gaming industry under a new corporate structure, free and clear of any restrictions on the use or transfer of its assets and in full compliance with U.S. law.
This settlement agreement is a direct result of Laura Varela’s extraordinary cooperation to resolve the criminal investigation and clear the Company. The cooperation did not include disclosing information or identities of any customers.
To our U.S. customers, thank you for your patience and cooperation. The decision to suspend betting for U.S. customers on September 21, 2020, was a direct result of this settlement agreement with the EDPA. We recognize that the timing was less than ideal, but it was out of our control.
As a reminder, September 25, 2020 was the last day that U.S. customers were able to request payouts using our regular payment methods available in the system. We want to assure all U.S. customers who requested payouts by September 25, 2020, that your payments are being processed and should arrive in the next seven days.
For U.S. customers who did not request their funds by September 25, 2020, your funds will be transferred to Epiq, a U.S.-based claims administrator, who will seek to deliver the funds to the account holder.
