They are a great book for most things. However, the customer service has gone downhill except for a select few. I had to move mountains to get a payout last week because they were having "problems" sending out Western Union payouts. They had no problems receiving them those days though. They kept promising me a tracking # over a 2 day period when I switched my payout method to Fed Ex but every time I'd call, there would be a new excuse why they didn't have the #. I never felt I wouldn't get the payment, I just felt their customer service was telling me what I wanted to hear instead of being honest that they were having problems with their payment processor. I ended up changing methods again and received a Prepaid ATM within 20 minutes. I never did receive the Fed Ex so obviously they hadn't sent it in the three days since I'd requested it. And then yesterday when their website was down, I call to find out an ETA for a fix and customer service gives me a hard time like I am bothering them. Like Newport said, they are so arrogant when you call them. I finally tried Pinnacle today and I couldn't believe how fast their website was moving. 5 Dimes does have the most lines and their parlay options are the best but after the last week or so, it's time for a change.
