Just confirmed that final deadline is noon central time, not 11:55. So you have right up to kickoff of the first games.

Again, as I put in the commish note, there's no harm in making a selection at the beginning of the week so you have something locked in in case an emergency happens. It happens every year, someone's car breaks down and they were in a 4g deadspot or something, and can't get to the internet by the deadline.

You can change your selection an unlimited # of times, so just make it habit to lock SOMETHING in on Tuesday morning for the following week...make it part of your ritual when you set your fantasy lineups. Then double back and edit the pick before kickoff if you want.

The reason for the final deadline at noon is because that is when the picks are revealed to the group. I want players to know who they are rooting against (who other players picked), especially as the pool gets near the end. Can't have people submitting picks after the main pick set is revealed. To do it any other way is insane to me.

No. You can only pick each team once. If they win straight up, you advance to the next week, but you can't use that team again.
