And Russ and all the others who actually want our country to fail get owned again...

And my 401K keeps ballooning at an astronomical level, something that NEVER happens when a Republican is in office. But I'm sure that is just a coincidence.

I dunno about all that wanting the country to fail stuff. In the 21st century Presidents are more polarizing than ever and tend to get people thinking pretty irrationally.

The stock market has certainly had some runups with Republican presidents as well as a Republican congress though.

Russ is the most negative dude on this forum. He may not want our country to fail but it certainly seems like he does. It gets old.

It certainly does, he's a traitorous idiot, look at him, even now in this thread, trying to claim that Putin is trying to do a better job than Obama. You were wrong, admit it and move on...

Ha, do you actually believe this? I'm going to assume this is just hyperbole.

I have said it so many times. I know where Obama is coming from and I know where he wants to take us. If you have never studied his background, his associates, the people who influenced him, and know what his agenda is then you are not the most optimistic dude on this forum, you are simply the dumbest. I have always believed in this country. I served in the military etc. What gets old (as you say) are those like you who defend Obama through it all. It is simply amazing. Once Obama is gone and all the books are written exposing him for what he is and for what he has done and not done maybe you will be able to see it for what he is/was. Just because someone is President does not mean you follow him like the Pied Piper. This guy does not even have a flute but some Dem's will defend him to the end simply because he is a Dem. You saw what happened in November, was everyone who helped turn the election around negative dudes.
Get real dude, again what gets old are you party line guys. I liked Clinton and never knocked him. I am not about party lines, I am not even a registered Republican. I am a fiscal Conservative. I am not the most negative dude on this forum but when it comes to Obama I see few if any positives. If you assume I want this country to fail then you don't get and probably never will. I just hope our country can survive the next two years.

D.D - Got a question. Had Benghazi involved Russia and Putin had troops anywhere within reach would have allowed that attack without trying to save his ambassador et al. Would he have blamed it on a video that nobody ever saw. Get real guy. Putin would have been all over that situation. I guess some people on here think the IRS and the VA hospitals etc have nothing to do with Obama, his administration or his policies. In no way do I think Putin is the ideal leader but his is a leader. Obama is not a leader. He won't do the pipeline, Obamacare has been exposed by one of the "intellectuals" who helped get it passed. You can go on and on. Ask a veteran with health problems how that system works. DD talks about his 401 but I am much more concerned about 9/11 and the long term reprecussions. Isis is a JV, hello.

Russ - I was going to try to thoughtfully respond to your posts, but then I realized that my time is too valuable to waste on it. You say you have a question, but yet there isn't even a question mark anywhere in your whole paragraph response. I have to admit, though, some of your comments provide excellent humor like this here dandy:

I just hope our country can survive the next two years.

You really should stick to copy & paste, as at least those posts are legible.

Have a nice day, guy, and good luck with all of your sports wagers.

I don't think anyone expects you to like or agree with everything President Obama has done, but anyone that says everything he has done is a net negative is clearly not credible. No President is perfect but it's at best dishonest to say you can't find anything that President Obama has done that is a positive/productive.

Lol, half and half. The first part of it is 100% true.

Just curious, how has your 401K/retirement plan done during Republican terms? Be honest.

Considering my age, that's a comically small sample size. If you want to relate that to your previous absurd comment (that NEVER happens when a Republican is in office) , you should be asking someone who is in their 80s or 90s.

So like most lock step Obama followers you do not have a reply that addresses Benghazi etc. You have been exposed just like Obama lol.

How many times did Obama lie to us. Look at Obamacare alone. You are not addressing his agenda and relating it to the divides he has created on immigration, race, you name it. Not giving the go to the pipeline which would not have cost one government dollar should open your eyes. Dishonest defines Obama and his administration. His nose does not get bigger just his ears. lol
I love this country and at my age I have seen it at it's best and can relate to the decline under Obama. Remember he was going to cut the budget in half lol.

What is obvious is the DD jumped into this thread without reading post #1. Nobody on here ever was touting or elevating Putin merely pointing out that he is taking advantage of Obama's lack of leadership. If you don't read post #1 then you don't know what we are talking about. So DD why don't you read post #1 and go from there.

Unfortunately not many of those around these boards....

How about you just answer the question?

Russ - I'm not going to get into all of that horse shit with you. I simply don't have the time.

I am not some lock-step "follower" of Obama. I have never been a follower of anyone, politically or otherwise, and never will be. And for you to label me that way based on one or two posts, none of which IN ANY WAY implied that, shows a lot about you.

Russ,

Serious question: Does your keyboard have a question mark symbol on it?

And I read the whole thread.

I will say this: no matter how simple and single-minded you are - thank you for your service to our country.

Have a good night, merry Christmas, and good luck with all of your wagers.

I did. Your final paragraph in that post:

"So why is Putin drinking Obama’s milkshake? Because he’s not blind. He recognizes American weakness when he sees it, and he has a history of exploiting that weakness. He saw President Bush’s foolhardy trust in him as a weak point; Obama has turned that weak point into a full-blown American foreign policy. No wonder Putin is pushing the envelope. After all, he’s likely to get away with it."

Clearly, you agreed with that sentiment, so, you're a lying, senile nitwit. Hey, pepper us with more "evidence" that, even now, the Mad Dog who runs Russia is a better leader than Obama, Schmuck...

I'll pass. As a guy who was still in college during the first half of George W. Bush's 2nd term, my 401k performance is pretty much irrelevant.
