BAS - Mowgli's deal was a risk free partnership where the user risks their own money using his plays. And if Mowgli loses your money because his picks lose, the deal was he was to reimburse the user (me).
I used maybe 5 of Mowgli's picks and he won some and lost some. That was the extent of our partnership.
He never got down enough to pay me and the partnership did not involve me paying him in any capacity.
