Hi Mogley,

I came across this thread and was fascinated by your story. Nice job man. There's not much better than getting on a heater and having it pay your way.

At one point, you mentioned that you'd take a guy on who could hit 65% in college hoops or a % of your plays. Having been in this biz since 1998, I can confidently say that you won't find a 65% capper anywhere on here, or anywhere for that matter. I can/do hit 58% though (documented) and would love to feed you college hoops plays on the commission basis that you mentioned.

I'm super disciplined and you'll get some good laughs regularly when you see the teams I pick as most people have never even heard of them. Small college basketball is a gold mine. The lines are so far off that I'm convinced oddsmakers don't pay any attention to them at all.

Kev, I have not kept records. While betting money lines on favorites and buying points on dogs, I venture to say that I hit 2 out of 3 wagers when I suffered the NBA grind on a daily basis. At the time I suppose I enjoyed it coz I didnt have anything more fun to do. In hindsight I abhor that life..staying glued to multiple TVs and keeping up with all the emotionally swinging scores. I discovered that at half times, there are often situations can be exploited because of the way game is playing out, but sports-book kinda has to out a 2nd half line somewhat in line with the original line. This is where one can score consistently.

I played them all straight also. Don't really have a favorite, but if you want me to pick one, its the Titans. who beat KC outright towards the end of last season @ Arrow in an important game. Additionally, KC is 0-4 this year against mobile QBs

Matt Ryan is not great at responding to pressure, but does have a lot of potential...I like him in this position with no pressure on him to win. Take the superbowl experience over rookie QB & 30yr old rookie coach who have not experienced playoffs.
