On the plus side, they have always paid me, they offer a wide variety of bets, and their prices are aggressive.

On the negative side, their site design is horribe (How come they don't fix it?), their bonus policy is confusing, and they seem to want the customer to take initiative about collecting bonusses. I don't know about all of you, but I don't like having to contact companies about that kind of shit. The less interaction the better.

Bottom line: The positives are far more important factors than the negatives.

Have never won there so I can't comment on payout, but I love the fact that they have lines on almost every college football game, even I-AA and Division II schools.

5 dimes is one of the best, wish their presentation was better though.

On the tennis for once I am mostly with Railbird. hewitt has very little chance, his game is in pieces - he will be back but not next week.

Coria has no chance of winning a major on a hard court now or for the forseeable future.

Roddick has been amazing over the past few weeks, is resting up this week. I would be with Rail on Fish except he is playing Long Island, too much tennis in my view.

Federer and Roddick for me, providing the draw is OK for them. Agassi would need a big change in form, his legs are starting to feel the years and he needs more weeks off.

If you ever have any issues with them not paying for bad lines they posted, stay away from their manager, Tony...doesnt get much worse than him. Too many other options out there.

One other option is not to bet the bad lines.

That's right Halifax, but you have to know if its a bad line or not. Dont put them up there in the first place and there wouldnt be a problem. This sportsbook has been noted for doing this before. I unfortunately had a bad experience with them. Deal with customers poorly and you'll lose them. Simple business.

Tony is great guy, honors my little leauge requests, and has best variety in the buisness. joyceflorida, when the variety is that big there will be some human error, should have shown some courtesy, instead of being a double coward by hedging the play at the same sportsbook.

That's good that you think that Railbird, bottom line is he lost a customer, all future potential business and the name of the game in business is to retain and attract new customers. He failed with this customer.
