Give me a break. Word has it he's not real educated? A hard worker, but not real polished. What hand does your stalker colleague say Tony wipes his rear with? If you've ever talked to Tony, you will immediately know he knows what he's doing. Do they have computer problems? At times. It has gotten better the last month or two but today was bad. Have they ever pulled a Carib and locked everyone's accounts on the day of the NFC and AFC championships? No. They have more lines than anyone. I do think this slows down their website. As said earlier, Nicole is the best customer service person out there. To say they are tracking certain players and locking them out at convenient times is ridiculous. I believe SBR and all other watchdogs out there know a heck of a lot more than your colleague. Is 5 Dimes perfect? No. Are they as good as anyone out there? Yes. Don't bash the education or ability of someone like Tony saying he's over his head and then turn around and ask Railbird to keep the person out of it.

JoB I agree with everything you say, I too like Nicole. I am sure you have had an argumentative situation with them. Most have had at least one, so careful that your are nto talking out of two sides of your mouth.

I also must agree with some of the activities here. When they changed the interface, they increased customers but have not equipped themselves for the flow of traffic. The internet is problematic DAILY as prior posted. I also have noticed a "Bully" attitude by the supervisors and their leadership.

I hope they listen as well. Their are a lot of selections out there now

I remember last year when laspalmas had daily problems with their website, that they refused to acknowledge, eventually the closed down wits. Then they started slashing thier bonuses. And started increasing the fees on thier neteller payouts.
If 5dimes is having systems problems that they aren't addressing, in my mond there is a good chance they are losing money. COmpnaies that are making money, typically don't have problems investing in thier infrastructure.

Played there a few months and enjoy the service. Am down $$ so maybe I dont see what others who have been flagged as winners might see. Their website takes too long too load and when you make your selections it just hangs there. I love their options on all the games and will continue to use their service. Have not been w/ them during football when its the busiest time of the year...but hope they upgrade the site to make it faster...JMO
