wether or not anyone goes tout is up to them, I think the only thing that matters is can the person produce enough winners for you to make$ and balance the Fee of the service,,,,

he is at many forums, and i remember when he did it on last bases season, he was doing excellent as afree guy then he turned a service and started charging alot, and guess what?? unless you are a dime bettor you became even, because of the fee......but well, but what is more funny is that he doesnt trust to his picks....he plays 50 (5*)and 100 (10*) usd.... so----once that he starts charging he stops playing his own picks...he is no more than 21 years old , evrything what i have wrote is true....and also some people told me that he buy a package with other capper and split with us, but dont know if thats true.....
