if it is that close I will use the official BOX SCORE (ESPN) which shows time of game scores occur and contest is run off of that. The clock doesn't move during the PAT attemts so like in a regular squares pool when a TD is scored at the end of a quarter its the final score after the PAT / 2pt conversion is made or missed that will win. so a successful PAT will make that minute 7-0 (6-0 would win in the event of a failed attempt) think of it as the score moving off of the minute.

during the 2nd quarter Justin Tucker hits a FG at the 00:00 mark and score shown is 14-6 so the boxes would be Ten 4 - Bal 6
