The only noteworthy equipment for Olympic tennis will be the courts. The ITF and the Beijing Organizing Committee for the Games of the XXIX Olympiad (BOCOG) have chosen DecoTurf II as the surface for the seventeen match and practice courts, all of which will have night lighting. DecoTurf is a multi-layered, cushioned hard-court surface also used for the 2004 games and at other major events like the US Open.
The Centre Court will seat 10,000; Show Court 1, 4000; Show Court 2, 2000; and the outer courts, 200 each. All matches will use Wilson's US Open ball.
For me it would be much better if Nadal won the first set 7-6 and LOL at this guy claiming Nadal wouldnt get broken , what a phokin joke , obvious someone didnt see Gasquet play . I recommend to watch the last match he played in this tournament against Ferrer .
