Hey @LivintheFamilyLife! just read Fredo’s post about the money apps handing out 1099’s might want to keep that in mind.

a second thought was maybe (if not this year for next year) run an early bird special @ 225 to see if that gets more signed up sooner. Just a slight sacrifice on your end lol…but it seems a lot won’t sign up until they see a list of names flowing in. Even tho this IS, HAS BEEN & ALWAYS WILL BE the BEST community contest closest to the real deal!

the 1099s only go out if you are receiving over $20k as a business transaction. If you send or receive over $20k that is sent via Friends & Family and not as a business then you do not get sent a 1099 by Venmo / PayPal / etc

I appreciate the help @ECC i’m pretty surprised people have either waited this long or wont be playing ultimately as this is the ONE lots of people look forward to here. As I already started accepting payments it’d be tough to change the $ now. Maybe next year.

I am in for two of each contest. Believe once the preseason starts it will ramp up. Only having 3 games of preseason might be reason it is off to a slow start. Usually starts filling in once all the teams start playing.
