Seriously? Lol. One of the worst teams on the road in the league against a team with home court who is the best team on the road in the entire Western Conference. I think its funny everyone is overlooking the Kings at better than 2-1 odds as the higher seed.
"worst teams on the road"... It is so funny to read this post now when Warriors leads in this serios and will try to close it in home game. Lol. The best team on the road has 0-2 on the road =) but the worst team on the road got a road win =) "Worst/Best home team"... forget about this. It doesn't matter how they played in regular season. The main things are: playoff experience, changes in lineups(like Wiggins return here). Bookies was very good in the series winner line . Warriors had to be the favorite here.
These statistical cappers are so funny sometimes...

Ya shit show game from them. Will they still be favoured in Game 7? Will their road woes continue? Or are these young Kings for real? Think the line will be GS -1 maybe -2 again? What do you guys think?

2022-23 season recap

The Grizzlies largely kept pace with Denver at the top of the West standings during the season, even coming within a few games of the Nuggets in the stretch run. The big issue was Ja Morant’s personal leave of absence, which threw the team slightly off its game at a crucial moment. Morant eventually did return after getting the help he needed, which is important in its own right. The Grizzlies are in a better place overall with Morant right. Memphis simply ran into a bad matchup with the Lakers, who had some extra motivation to silence the Grizzlies after their trash talk ahead of and during the series.

2023 offseason priorities

Dillon Brooks, the prime instigator of that talk, is a free agent and surely won’t come back unless it’s at a significant discount. The Grizzlies have guys like David Roddy and Jake LaRavia set to step in for Brooks. who is a solid defender but lacks the offensive game needed to play big minutes.

The Grizzlies might need to trade a big man, although they may have been more competitive with the Lakers if Steven Adams and Brandon Clarke were healthy. Adding another perimeter shooter would be the key, but the core of Morant, Desmond Bane and Jaren Jackson Jr. should be competitive for the next decade. Memphis needs to find the right combination around those three players but the Grizzlies have the most imporant part of the roster figured out.

On a side note imagine if the Celtics had kept Bane on draft day 2020 instead of trading him for nothing (JD Davison). They drafted Nesmith, Pritchard and Bane in the first round. They decided to trade one of those players in order to avoid paying the luxury tax or pay another first round contract. So of those 3 first rounders, Ainge decided to trade away Bane instead of Nesmith or Pritchard and got a couple of second round draft picks in return which turned out to be only Davison from Bama. Imagine Bane playing along side Tatum, Brown and Smart? Maybe they beat Golden State last year with Bane instead of Nesmith and Pritchard. They also had Max Struss before trading him to Miami. Ainge did well with Garnett and Allen for the championship but other than that his moves have been average at best (hello Gordon Hayward lol). Credit goes to him for taking Tatum, Brown and Smart though, all from the draft no trade. Ainge’s biggest mistake was drafting James Young out of Kentucky at #17 when Jokic was still available on the board.
